Kenneth Barnhart, Music Director
email: Ken4031@yahoo.com
Kenneth was reconciled to His Creator in the 7th grade and surrendered to God’s call on his life to the ministry in July 1992. He started a Bachelor’s degree at Oklahoma Baptist University and then completed it at Friends University in Wichita, KS in music. He loves to laugh and have fun, but even more importantly, desires for everyone to have a deeper, more intimate relationship with Jesus.
Favorite verse: Isaiah 40:31--"But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; the shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint." This was the first verse that I memorized as a child, even before John 3:16. My dad encouraged me to do so, because he told me that it would carry me through this life's temporary journey.
Favorite Food: A big, fat, thick, juicy, Ribeye steak, preferably prepared medium. Absolutely MUST be boneless. Why? For two reason: 1) It is a pain to cut around a bone, and 2) ordering one with a bone adds weight, which in turn adds price. You will NEVER get a bigger steak just because there is a bone. Same amount of meat, regardless. So, save yourself the hassle. If a boneless ribeye is not available, the ONLY other option WILL be a Strip.
Favorite Movie: Shawshank Redemption--"That boy is gone like a fart in the wind."
Favorite Hobby: "Messing" with people. Anybody and everybody. NO ONE is exempt from this "abuse". I LOVE to have laugh and have fun, especially when people reciprocate the "abuse". Proverbs 17:22 states that, "A joyful heart is good medicine, but a broken spirit dries up the bones." Laugh--it does a body good.

Favorite Food: Fried crappie with tartar sauce, homemade French fries, and vanilla bean cheesecake from Cheesecake Factory. Mmmm!!!
Favorite Movie: The Hunt for Red October - “Give me a ping Vasili. One ping only, please.”
